Pre-Meeting Email for 10/18

Hello all you beautiful people!!

Apologies for the delay of this information, still working on sleeping after a long weekend! Just a few notes for this upcoming meeting tonight at 9pm on the WPU patio facing Cathy!

First we will be reviewing our trip to the NRG, was super fun, super sendy and a little chilly, but oh so stunning.

We also have TWO trips this weekend - Raccoon Creek has a set roster for backpacking this Saturday/Sunday. If you are on this roster (and have not communicated to me that you can't come) you must attend tonight's meeting.

We will also have SIGN-UPS for our day trip to Soergels tonight!! Kira will be organizing a little group of any interested parties to head over to the nearby apple orchard/pumpkin patch for some fun fall activities this Saturday!!

Lastly, we ask that you keep alert and patient with us as we work to get our officer info session together to provide you guys with more information about how the club works especially for those of you who are interested in becoming officers next year!

The Closing of the Semester

Hello all you beautiful people!! I am completely floored that it is already April 17th, we will not have a GBM tomorrow as we simply have no more information to impart! It has been an absolutely amazing semester and year! Two years back from the covid desolation, and I would hazard to say that you can't even tell. This year went by so much smoother, we had a better idea of what we were doing and the dozens of officers that joined our ranks made the process so much easier to manage. Thank you to all the officers who assisted in making this year the amazing success that it was. That being said, we do not have this club without all you beautiful people who show up to celebrate the amazing outdoors, so truly I say thank you to you guys as well. We have yet to decide if we're doing a senior send-off or something for the officers that our leaving us, I cannot say for sure what that will look like, but I'm sure I'll have a part to play in that.
