Anywho, with another successful meeting, I'm just summarizing the events for those unable to make it.

IF YOU'RE GOING ON OHIOPYLE, you MUST have paid dues and filled out the waiver by the time the trip departs. If you were unable to pay dues last night, respond to this email and we will arrange a way for you to pay an officer.

If you did not get selected for Ohiopyle, I am sorry, but we were only able to select about 60% of those that signed up just due to the size cap of the campsite. We will have more trips shortly. That being said, over 50% of the people on Ohiopyle are on their first trip so we are making it a priority to bring new people along while also having experienced people provide support to make the trip fun.

As a final, overarching note of this club we want to stress the importance of safety on any and all trips. We have a zero tolerance policy on any amount of harassment on our trips. You have the right to attend these trips and take part in any activities we offer, but if you do anything that goes against any Pitt code of conduct or do anything we deem as out of line. You will not go on any more trips with the club. This is an inclusive space and you are not granted any rights to detract from any member's experience. The Closing of the Semester

Hello all you beautiful people!! I am completely floored that it is already April 17th, we will not have a GBM tomorrow as we simply have no more information to impart! It has been an absolutely amazing semester and year! Two years back from the covid desolation, and I would hazard to say that you can't even tell. This year went by so much smoother, we had a better idea of what we were doing and the dozens of officers that joined our ranks made the process so much easier to manage. Thank you to all the officers who assisted in making this year the amazing success that it was. That being said, we do not have this club without all you beautiful people who show up to celebrate the amazing outdoors, so truly I say thank you to you guys as well. We have yet to decide if we're doing a senior send-off or something for the officers that our leaving us, I cannot say for sure what that will look like, but I'm sure I'll have a part to play in that.
