Pre-Meeting Email for 9/13

Hello beautiful people!

I hope this email finds you well, just a quick email to provide an idea of what's coming up tomorrow for the meeting just in case you are interested!

We'll be meeting at 9pm at the WPU porch/plaza (it faces Cathy there will be people there).

At the meeting:
1) A little synopsis of Ohiopyle, what went down, vibes, notes, etc
2) We will be holding signups for Breakneck - climbing trip where we'll be hosting a SMALL group of climbers to help teach skills like lead climbing/belaying and cleaning! More deets at the meeting :)
3) Our calendar on the website is now updated so you can look ahead for our tentative plan for trips!
4) Jason has a biking info session about the gap trail outside the bike cave on Wednesday, from 12-1pm, Q's are welcome to be A'ed!
5) There's a 3ROC film festival thingy this Friday, not entirely sure on the details of that, but swing by the meeting if you're curious!

The Closing of the Semester

Hello all you beautiful people!! I am completely floored that it is already April 17th, we will not have a GBM tomorrow as we simply have no more information to impart! It has been an absolutely amazing semester and year! Two years back from the covid desolation, and I would hazard to say that you can't even tell. This year went by so much smoother, we had a better idea of what we were doing and the dozens of officers that joined our ranks made the process so much easier to manage. Thank you to all the officers who assisted in making this year the amazing success that it was. That being said, we do not have this club without all you beautiful people who show up to celebrate the amazing outdoors, so truly I say thank you to you guys as well. We have yet to decide if we're doing a senior send-off or something for the officers that our leaving us, I cannot say for sure what that will look like, but I'm sure I'll have a part to play in that.
