The Meeting 1,498 Days After The First "Groundhog Day" Email

Hello beautiful people!

For those of you unable to join yesterday's meeting, or those of you interested in a little written recap, your little information fairy has arrived!

First up, we have completed and submitted our budget, we've got a few new trips for next year, most of which have been brought in my new officers which is exciting all around, not least of which because our officers have, like, 3 months under their belts and are already like "oh yeah, I'll plan an entirely new trip", it's great, it's amazing, huge shoutout to our ever-growing team!

Second, we are ordering merch like, right now or really soon. Shirts and stickers are on the way!! You voted, we listened and now we will provide, coming soon to theaters!

Third, there is a reel rock viewing at Ascend on April 11th, it is on our instagram's story if you are interested, but I would like to point out that we did do this, so I guess we are officially trendsetters of the climbing world. (Can we put that in our bio somewhere Kira? Okay, I'll get right on it)

Fourth and kinda pressing, we have Raystown THIS WEEKEND, for more information I hand it over to Madelynn to get y'all hyped:
WHOO it's time for mountain biking to start again! April 2nd (this upcoming Saturday) we're heading to Raystown Lake to rip it up. It's a 2.5 hr drive from here, so this'll be a whole day trip. The plan is to leave around 9am Saturday morning and hit the trails around noon. The trip is designed for bikers of all levels, so groups will be made accordingly. Also bring Hella Water, Food, and a Change of Clothes as it will probably be a little muddy. I'm sure if you ask nicely you can stop and get food along the way but below is a link for the Raystown website where you can find more information about the trails and Raystown itself. If you're interested in coming on this trip, please fill out the interest form!

Lastly, we have Ohiopyle coming not this weekend, but the next!!! For those who don't know, this is generally one of our bigger trips, to give some more detail, I am gonna reuse the blurb from Jo from the premail because it was a great balance of information and advertising:

Hey outdoorsy people! I am writing to tell you about our upcoming ohiopyle trip. I'm gonna make this snappy so here are the very basics:
When: April 8-10th
Where: Ohiopyle Campground (~1½ hours from Pittsburgh). It's a camping trip so there's ground to pitch a tent and a bathhouse but no internet/electricity etc.
What: Hiking, possibly climbing (no promises folks!), campfire, general good vibes
Who: def some squirrels and maybe some people??
Anywho, that's all I have right now for you. If you want to come, please sign up asap!

That's all from me folks! Hope you have a safe and warm rest of your week, stay sendyyyyyy

Your secretary who is still outside, seriously guys it was kind of funny but I'm getting really cold, please let me back inside,
Aidan Bell
