Hello beautiful people! Unfortunately, this is the end of the line. I will not be sending you another email... about the final meeting of the spring '22 semester. That's right suckers! I renewed my contract through next year, spoke with the secretary about it and he and I agreed that I was the man for the job. This is convoluted, I'm just letting you know that you shouldn't reminisce about me leaving, you're stuck with me for another year :) Onto the information, this last meeting is taking place TONIGHT at 9pm in Lawrence 120 (or 121 if someone is mean at takes 120). First up, we have completed and submitted our budget, we've got a few new trips for next year, most of which have been brought in my new officers which is exciting all around, not least of which because our officers have, like, 3 months under their belts and are already like "oh yeah, I'll plan an entirely new trip", it's great, it's amazing, huge shoutout to our ever-growing team! Some details below on what will be going down so you have an idea before showing up! I am writing to tell you about our upcoming ohiopyle trip. I'm gonna make this snappy so here are the very basics: When : April 8-10th Where : Ohiopyle Campground (~1½ hours from Pittsburgh). Just two itty bitty MASSIVELY COOL THINGS First, we have Dolly Sods coming up super shortly, I know it was an all-around amazing time for those who attended in the fall so it is back again! To elaborate on the finer details, I hand it over to Emma: The weekend 26th-27th we have Dolly Sods, WV. This is a gruelling, tough as nails, toilet-less backpackfest! Last night we discussed a lot of managerial stuff in our officer pre-meeting so things are going along quicklike, BUT yeah! Hello all! Due to some unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, we are going to have to postpone the Green Bank trip. We will be having it, just not this weekend. In its stead, we will be hosting a local hike in frick/schenley that is TBD, more details will be provided at tonight's meeting. Due to it being local, it will not have signups or an official roster, moreso a time and location provided for all those who wish to come.
