Meeting Minutes 206 Days After Groundhog Day

Hey folks,

Hope y'all had a sendy, sandy, and sweaty summer.  That shit's over now though and it's back to the ol' grind.  If you want to break up the Hillman to Hem's to home pipeline on weekends this semester we've got your ticket right here.

We've got trail running, mountain biking, and slacklining groupmes that'll be a way for folks interested in getting after those things in Pittsburgh to stay in touch with each other and get together.

Here's a message from the man with the best hair on this or any side of the Mississippi, your trail running chair, Nate Farrar:

      Hello trail runners,

If you haven't already please join the GroupMe chat and fill out the when2meet. This is how I will decide the scheduled run times for the semester so please fill it out.

      Best,

      Nate

If you've got a bike and want to sit on it and huck yourself down some sweet gnar in the pittsburgh area shoot me and email and I'll add you to the mountain biking groupme.

We've got two trips heading out next weekend:

Laurel Highlands is our beginner backpacking trip, some sweet sweet time walking in the woods no experience required.  We've got backpacks folks can borrow if they don't have one.  The trip's heading out the weekend of September 7 & 8.  If you're interested in getting out there, sign up here: https://forms.gle/Aj3f1QSPwuJkwYwq6

That same weekend (Saturday Sept. 7) we're having a hiking day trip out to Raccoon Creek state park.  If you're psyched to hike, you can sign up here: https://forms.gle/YbrszcqbnQPWc3Es9

Also if you left a turquoise or blue water bottle at the meeting tonight, hit up Mia at at mrb152@pitt.edu to get that back.  Stay hydrated my dudes.

Best,
Jon
