Meeting info+ How to remove yourself from this email list

Hello everyone,

First, if you are interested in removing yourself from the email list please go to https://list.pitt.edu/mailman/listinfo/poc and about 2/3 of the way down the page enter your address in the unsubscribe field.

Second, we have a meeting tomorrow night on the William Pitt Union patio (the one the faces the cathedral).  It should be a pretty casual get together, but we will be accepting waivers and dues. We will also spend some time introducing the officers and talking about trips.  

Ideally you can print out a waiver (http://www.pittoutdoors.com/waiver.pdf)  and bring it. (protip: print at 50%, put two on one page of paper, and give one to a friend. Cheers to the planet) 

We will have copies of the waiver if you can't find a printer prior to the meeting. 

We will also be collecting dues: 15 for the year or 10 for the semester.

Pre-Meeting Email for 9/28

Hello Beautiful People! We got a meeting and oooooooo baby it's gonna be a good one. This past weekend we had a highly successful backpacking trip to Laurel Highlands, our President and one of the leads on the trip, Kira will give you a lil more detail: Hello y'all- Kira here (editing this draft for this blurb, Aidan does a fantastic job writing the rest)- Evan and I led the Laurel Highlands backpacking trip this past weekend and it was dope! We left Saturday morning and got back Sunday afternoon (after a very important pit stop at DQ and McDonald's of course). The Highlands are gorgeous and the weather was perfect- around the 60s the whole time- with just a bit of rain Saturday evening (we had already got to camp so some people went for an additional pack-less hike while others (like myself) chose to take a cozy nap and wait out the rain), otherwise sunny and lovely.
