Happy Wednesday everyone!! We were so so happy to see so many of you at the first meeting of the year last night! Thank you to everyone who was able to make it! If you weren't able to, don't worry! You can register to be a member (pay dues and sign the waiver) at every meeting this year! We'll give a quick recap of what we talked about for those who weren't able to make it! Pre-Meeting Email for 9/28

Hello Beautiful People! We got a meeting and oooooooo baby it's gonna be a good one. This past weekend we had a highly successful backpacking trip to Laurel Highlands, our President and one of the leads on the trip, Kira will give you a lil more detail: Hello y'all- Kira here (editing this draft for this blurb, Aidan does a fantastic job writing the rest)- Evan and I led the Laurel Highlands backpacking trip this past weekend and it was dope! We left Saturday morning and got back Sunday afternoon (after a very important pit stop at DQ and McDonald's of course). The Highlands are gorgeous and the weather was perfect- around the 60s the whole time- with just a bit of rain Saturday evening (we had already got to camp so some people went for an additional pack-less hike while others (like myself) chose to take a cozy nap and wait out the rain), otherwise sunny and lovely.
